Estimates and contractor in Western WA

We are looking for a general contractor for a mobile home site prep and placement in La center, WA on a privately-owned lot. The lot already has all utilities; we would need grading and foundation. Any recommendations for a do-it-all contractor? We live 1200 miles away, so we need someone we can trust to do the work at a distance.

Also, anyone in the are who has gone through this- what is the approximate cost for site prep for about 1200 SF, with a reasonably level and cleared area, with utilities within 100 feet?

Some people you might want to speak with - Santiam Homes in Aumsville, OR. They do their own contracting and know the area setup contractors. Our 40x52 slab was about $4K three years ago; if I remember, the block skirting was another three. Standard transport and setup is usually included in the price of the home here - a slab would be optional (I would do it, though).
