Hi,
I don't know where to find financing for a mobile home (1962) with a large addition, including basement and it's own land (aprox. 2.5 acres) which includes a barn with electric and water. Thanks for any suggestions!

Check with the county assessor, it may be considered real estate. In which case most small community banks will be glad to finance it.
