We are think about buying a home from them... But was wondering how good are they ...they say they are better then a Manufactured Home and customer satisfaction (Gold Key Care) ECT.....Was like to know be for we put a lot of $$ in to this..

Palm Harbor does extensive survveys to determine the level of Customer Satisfaction Index of all customers...Ask the genral manager of the store you are involved with to see his/her local CSI rating..then ask yoiur salesperson to show you theirs.The GM can show you the rating of the plany you are buying from as well....Let them explain how they are developed...So thatr you will have confidence in them...Ask for references from the local store.........

Most stores are over 90% CSI rating that menas 90% would recommend PH to you and anyone else...No other company will show you their figure that I know of..as a matter of fact very few manufacturers do any CSI surveys..so they cannot tell you how satified the customers are...

Sounds like you might be looking at a Discovery modular home...Great choice....All the homes are very well built..all get the same personal attention from all involved....

To be fair..I want to tell you I work for PH...Wish you were my customer....Sounds like you are looking for something very nice...
