Which way should I go?

I recently bought some property in the Pocono area of Pa. I plan to put a vacation home with the intent on maing it a retirement home in approx. 10 yrs.
I have looked at both Modular homes and Manufactured homes. I lik the New era modular home and both the Redman and Champion Homes -manufactured. I have though about buying the manufactured and having a 5/12 roof pitch put on it, and having the interior sheetrocked instead of gypsum board. Also, I plan to put this home on a full basement.
My. questions are these:
1. Which would I get more bang for my buck with -the manufactured with all the sheetrocking and roof pitch or the modual which comes standard with the sheetrock and roof pitch?
2. Which home would last longer (both would be maintained) -manufactured or modular?
3. Would I just do better going with the modular or the manufactured?
4. Which is the better home -New Era, Redman or Champion?
5. Does anyone know of a good responible dealer in the Scranton, Pa. area ?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
