We are considering buying a Pioneer Housing home. It is the new log sided home with a high pitch roof. Has anyone dealt with this company. Also has anyone got any experience with the newer manufactured home that have the thicker drywall?

I have several Pioneer homes on my sales center. They were foreclosed upon and brought here for resale. They seem to be in fairly good condition for 2 and 3 year old homes. They do not even come close to the quality and value of a total drywall Palm Harbor Home! The weight difference alone is around 12 tons between identical sizes. I would check out a Palm Harbor before I made a decision.
