I am in the process of buying a GW home that is three years old. What should I look for in the home for signs it will not last. Just had inspected and he said all looked good.

Nobody wants to give me a 80,10 loan w/ 10% down to eliminate mortgage insurance..any advice...

Recommendations for insurance and what the fine print says to ensure I am covered...living in WA....home is strapped down and looks nice inside and out.
