Gutters

This is my 1st Manufactured Home 2005 Marlette 12x56.

I hired Byers LeafGuard Gutter Systems to install new gutters. When I had my estimate they told me that I should have 4 downspouts so I ordered extension to go out towards the road so the water wouldn't go into his yard. The day of installation they were told by my neighbor that they could not install my downspouts per my order. That same day I was told by the Ground's Manager here that I'm responsible to make sure that water does not go into his yard. Now they tell me that I need to run pipe from my rear downspouts back to the front using a t-bar so the water can run out the front way. My question is ....Has anyone experience this problem and if so, what did you do to correct the problem. Also where can I find T-Bar's to connect to the pipe to the front downspouts. Should I hire someone or is this a do it yourself job?
Thank You for any comments.....
