I am lookig at purchasing a Liberty Home around 1500 sq.ft. Besides the home there are lots of costs like: shipping, installing on the foundation, and closing up the home. Installing on a foundation might include a crane. The home I am looking at is a ranch, two mudules. Can anyone give me an idea as to what these costs would be for them to be reasonable?? Rough costs of course because putting the home on a foundation would depend on the land location and how hard it would be to access. I just don't want to get screwed with inflated prices. Oh yeah, I am in northern Illinois, near Wisconsin. Thanks much in advance!!

All depends on the area, what's needed, etc.

I know the crane rental for mine for $6000 for the day, whether it took 2 hrs or 12 (it took about 4).

Here's a pic of the crane they used..

Was that just for the crane rental? Or was that for setting the house on the foundation and closing it up also? Thanks in advance.

That was for the crane to pick it up and set it on the foundation.
