re-leval

I have lived in my home now for a little over three years( Hallmark), the doors on on side of the home close by themselves and I have a crack down the center line of my home. and it seems the center line on the floor has raised a bit. I was advised I might need a re-level. I called a company in my area to come out and do just that. When they arrived they looked in my home, then went under for an inspect? When they finished they said I have seperation under the home so they could see flooring from under my home. They said I need marriage locks (qty 3) and 5 additional centerline supports. and then a re-level all to the tune of
$1,500.00. All I wanted was for them to re-level. but with this information should I be worried? I live in Tustin California. Almost all of the homes in my park have what I have already. Not the additional pieces they say I need.

Centerline blocking is almost always required by set up manuals....In 30 years in the business, I have never heard the term"center locks"...Is this what he called them..Price seems high...but you are in CA...where everything seems high..

When our home (a repo) was moved in the mover threw away all the old "marriage locks" and installed new ones all along the seams. Then they levelled it. Not yet finished with drywall repair so haven't moved in yet.
