Nobility Homes
Nobility Homes
We bought a nobility home and are having alot of problems. The company is telling us that the problems are normal with any manufactured home. Our list contains at least 50 problems. This is our first manufactured home and we would like to trust company. Has anyone out there any knowledge of nobility?
Re: Nobility Homes
What kind of prolems do they say arer in all manufactured homes..I think they are not being truthful
Re: Nobility Homes
we have nails coming up thru the floor, we also have warped countertops, some of the electrical was not even connected at factory, broken toilet that leaked water and soaked walls in master bath. That is just some of the problems and we have not closed yet. They also wanted us to live in home for at least a week before they did walk-thru. I told them don't feel that would be such a good ideal.
Re: Nobility Homes
These problems...ARE NOT in most othe msnufactured homes..All of these would be fixed under warranty..by all others..Do not sign off on the walk through untill all is right...Good LUck...
Re: Nobility Homes
And more importantly, DO NOT CLOSE until the home is repaired!
One of the forms you will likely be asked to sign is a form that states the home is to your satisfaction and that all known issues have been taken care of.
Once you close, the dealer gets paid, they have no incentive to get the work done in a timely manner.

Re: Nobility Homes
Debbie-can you walk away from this at the stage you are? My dealer will not close on a home without a walk through at that time. Your message was not clear as to how far along your homebuying is.
