double vapor barriers

I am happy to say that I have been dealing with Hartzler's Quality Homes in Dover Ohio where I purchased a 14x 70 skyline (sugarcreek plant) three weeks ago. They have been prompt, professional and courteous. HUD has been a pain in the a#$, but beside that it was smooth sailing and up-front sales experiences. I will be recieving my home here in a few weeks, possibly as early as next week.
Okay, now on the main subject... I live in Southeast Ohio and we get all four seasons (some times in the same day!). I purchased a 20 x 100 6mil plastic vapor barrier for my home and I have placed it where the home will be!.
Question....How much vapor barrier is too much? I would like to double this just to protect the bottom of the house of rotting out or to save money with the extra insulating power of double barrier??
Any suggestions or comment??
