We had bought this home 1yr and about 3 or 4 months. When we first moved in we had the walk though for anything that was wrong to get fixed. Now to this date the home is still uneven, the hinges on 2 of the doors are broke on and it looks like a third higes is breaking, the doors do not shut correctly, the carpet in areas looks like it need to pulled tighter, in the den we now have 2 crackes in the ceiling, the piece that goes inbetween the 2 sections is starting to crack, the door frames are loose, 1 of the doors has a gap inbetween the door frame, the others bedroom the wall doesn't even connected to the frame very well, now we notice that the bath tub and shower in the master bathroom the from work is starting to buldge out. We also have called the person that put the house together and we get no respond to the voice messages. Also the peak of the roof that is a gap in the underneath that bees or wasp could get in. Also in some of the areas of the floor you can feel the top of the bolts coming throught. Please let me know what I can go. I've been complaining for awhile about these issues.

We are experiencing similar problems with the roof/ceiling. The ceiling in the kitchen and second bedroom have cracks completely across the width of the rooms. the windows are leaking from the snow melting/run off and a few them look like they're about to fall out!

What we have found typically this the the home is not properly supported, it could be that the site is not graded properly and it is allowing water to undermine the pier footings.
The peirs could be over spaced.
peirs at doors and windows could be missing
pier footings not protected from frost heave (home on slab)
and marriage line piers not placed properly.
you both need an inspection of your homes by your state.

If you have any complaints about the performance of your manufactured home
that have not been resolved by the retailer where you purchased the home you
should contact the manufacturer that produced the home. If the problems are left
unresolved by the factory then you need to contact the state agency where you
live that administers the federal code regulating manufactured housing. It is
important to provide the following information with your complaint:
First write a numbered list of all the problems. After you have listed each
problem then list the dates and names of the people at the dealership and the
manufacturer that you spoke to about the problems. Then list the dates that
service men came to your home and what they did during that visit.
Also be sure to include:
Your name, address and a telephone number where you can be reached during
the day
The name of the manufacturer
The serial number and model number of your home
The HUD label number (the red tag on the back of the home)
The date purchased
The name of the retail business who sold you the home.
Copies of any correspondence or contacts with the retailer and the
manufacturer to resolve the problem.
Make copies of this letter. Keep one and send a copy by Certified Mail Return
Receipt to:
-1- The Dealership where you purchased the home
-2- The Manufacturer of the home
-3- The Agency that regulates manufactured housing in your state. You can

Could you tell me if there is another telephone number where I can get a hold of the Hud Housing. Seems every time I call the telephone seems to be busy. What are the hours that they are open.
