hello i am currently looking into buying a 1998 redman newmoon but i cant find a floor plan nor what the price should be for one of this particular year. the lady is selling it for 65,000 is that too much for one that is 2000 sqft? any help would be greatly appreciated. also if you have any ideas on how to finance it with a 517 credit score w o a big dwnpymt (4000 or less) that would be helpful as well.
thank you,

Hi Amy,
I in no way am an expert here. I am a buyer like you but, I am looking at homes too and IN MY VERY HUMBLE OPINION ....
I think that is very high for a 1998 any kind of home sitting in a park.. It is 7 years old. No warranty of any kind is available after this length of time.. I would suggest if you are ready to spend that much money, I would go look at new homes with warranty and buy land too. $65,000.00 and still paying rent is not cost effective at all.. BUY LAND and when it is paid off you OWN it. No more payments.. Then yo can always build your dream house later on..
I don`t know if this helps. Maybe someone else with more expertise could help you, But this is what I plan to do.. I want to own my land when I am done. Then when my home is too old and I can afford it, I can build, at my own leisure, and end up with the home of your dreams after all is said and done..
God bless, Wish you well

Amy-HOLD OFF!!!! Do not go into a park if you can help it. You can use the 4G's for a decent down payment on a home. And for a correction-there are manufacturers who have longer warranties on their homes - check out Wick! That is my choice. You could get a decent home at a dealer and they could set you up with a land/home package and help you with financing.
Also-go to your own bank-mine is going to help me get financed on a used doublewide as soon as we can set up an appointment with my dealer to check his inventory. They might be able to get you a great downpayment.
And if any one is looking for downpayment help-check out CHAPA-they gift your down payment for you. Your dealer should have some information on this.
Hope this helps!
