Water damage

Post by Donna Cross » Sun Jan 23, 2005 9:43 am

Moved into my new Karsten home in November. In January the tub overflowed and soaked floor. Next day had dryers and humidifiers going for 48 hours. Service advises no moisture in walls. Insulation inspection advises water still
draining underneath house and suggests replacement of insulation and patch of belly wrap. My concern is mold in this humid climate. Any recommendations?
