I PURCHASED A MANUFACTURE HOME FROM LARRYS (DOES ANYONE KNOW WHATS UP WITH LARRYS HOMES) and had a tradein of a mobile home,its still in the park where we use to live. The problem is that they never turned over the title in there name. Larrys never responed to us concerning the trade.How can we get our name off the title. Larrys Homes is being Auction off by Hudson and Marshall,thats all that we can find out about them.Could my trade become ours again.They never completed our new home,the manufacture has decided to help us to finish what Larrys homes dd not do.

Contact your local Division of Motor Vehicles office and ask to speak to the investigator. Most states require that the title be transferred to the dealers name within 30 days.You didnt mention if there was a lienholder on your trade-in. If so, fraud may have been committed by the dealer.If you did owe money on the trade in,contact the lender and they will take steps to collect from the dealer
