Palm Harbor vs. Franklin

I am in the market for a custom-built manufactured home. I plan on upgrading the home with 2x8 floor joists, 2x6 exterior walls, upgraded bathroom fixtures, and the heaviest subfloor offered. Does anyone have any insight into who makes a better home, Franklin or Palm Harbor? Any help would be appreciated.

My first chioce would be a Schult- Palm Harbor prices is way out of line, Take a look at the Elation home by Schult, They are loaded,
