Does anyone know about the quality of Western/Silvercrest Homes?

bought a silvercrest manor 1 home in 1997 built in woodland ca plant. it's a 1900 sq ft triple wide. we put it on private land on the north coast. has been a great home. only complaints have been some mildew on outside siding due to wet coastal climate. recommend hardee siding or some other in this climate. we also built on a perimeter foundation and have been happy with our builders recommendation to run stem walls under marriage lines of the sections to prevent settling and support the marriage lines from cracking.
