I buy repo mobile homes,fix 'em up then rent them out.I dont want to do this anymore.I want to SELL them,without carrying a traditional mortgage
as I've had deadbeats rip me off by filing for bankruptcy.
Is there a contract or method to avoid problems-such as 'Bond for Titles' ?

There are many successful strategies to buy and sell used homes...There may be some creative finance available for the buyers that do not qualify for bank finance...BUT..remember when you specialize in folks with bad credit..there will be problems...profits should be high enough to offset the problems..This is not an easy business..but can be profitable..

Best for you is there are 2 books in the book store here that are buy successful folks in the business..One author is Earnest Tew..The other is Lonnie Scruggs...you might consider buying both...They can be a big help..

Sounds like from you recent experience..you might be able to write the chapter on what NOT to do...now check out the successful ideas that are proven to work..Good Luck
