55+parks

Does anyone here live in a 55+park in Florida?If so,how do you like it and are there any extra costs the sellers don't tell you about up front?
There are millions of folks in these parks in FL...Most of the adult parks in FL are a great way of life...folks move in and stay for the most part forever....
There are hundreds of parks in Florida..all with different rates and goodies...Shop by location...goodies...brands of homes available..Used homes can often be very good buys...Once you have narrowed your search down to a few choices...Go to the park and ask residents how they like it...
