I am looking for a 3+ bed/2 bath manufactured home on its own land. With owner carry, I work in Wheatridge and really don't want a LONG travel distance but would consider. I have 3 girls, we all just moved here from arizona and i am at the point where i am TIRED of throwing my monwy away on rent.
