manufactured home w/land

I am looking for a 3+ bed/2 bath manufactured home on its own land. With owner carry, I work in Wheatridge and really don't want a LONG travel distance but would consider. I have 3 girls, we all just moved here from arizona and i am at the point where i am TIRED of throwing my monwy away on rent. I want a nice home to raise my kids in and am in need of assistance to find someone who could carry and have a place to sell near by....if this is you or you know of someone PLEASE forward ther info to me. Hey, girl, check your dealers out! A lot of them have used homes and they may have one or two on land. Make sure you get a good home that is well built. You didn't say if you are in a park with a home or an apartment. You can go to your bank and ask if they will finance the land, move and home in one package. Mine is going to do that for me.
