PARKS AND MOBILE HOMES

Hello out there. . .
Michigan here. Just curious to put some feelers out on Mobile home living
in parks in other states.
I am a 57 year old single woman, I bought my double wide 9 years ago and at
that time I believe the lot rent was just under $200. . then new managers took over and as of right now my lot rent is $363.00 plus water! Every single year this
lot rent goes up and there are literally dozens of homes that have been moved out of here and that many more sit empty. . .I feel this is due to very poor management. So in essence I am paying just about $800/mo between lot rent and
my house payment. I have had my house up for sale for about 3 years and am
asking $1200 down and take over payments but once people realize how much it costs to live here I never hear from them again. I cannot afford to move this onto land. I am looking towards retirement but am stuck in this place and I know that if you just walk away there are stiff penalities.
Mobile home living is NOT affordable and costs more than people with stick
built homes (I am referring to park living)
Anyone else out there experience this kind of trouble??
