Locating Kingsley Manufacturing Co.

A friend of mine bought a Fairmont model Kingsley home. The home was used and the retailer owner carried the loan. The home has been paid for almost two years now and the guy won't relinquish the title. He claims he lost it and doesn't care. I contacted fair housing and they request contact info for Kingsley. I can't find them on the web, can anyone email me the address and contact info for Kingsley?
