Fleetwood site prep.

I am in the process of buying a new Fleetwood home and having it put on a lot I purchased for it.I loved this 1/2 acre lot because of the huge oak trees. When planning where to set the home, the Fleetwood employee that is in charge of site prep. and I agreed on the spot and talked about what trees would have to be sacrificed.I asked that as few as possible be removed but to be sure to leave the Huge Post Oak in the back no matter what.I left town for one week ,only to return and find the house already set,all the oaks cut,and the home in a differant spot with 9 stairs to climb to get to my front door. The oak i insisted be left alone was laying on it's massive side in my driveway and they said i would be responsible to pay for hauling this massive tree off.As iff this was not bad enough, the foundation was not done like the manual states it must be in order for the warranty to be valid, and in fact one pier fell over in a week, this caused the sideing to start popping out,the space between the windows to bow,and cracks in the ceilings. They argued with me that the foundation was fine they just had not finished, after much hassle they finally agreed to redo foundation to specs and repair all damage, but I have not even done the final closing on loan and they are presureing me to close,I am refusing until all is repaired, and I am requesting a reduction in sales price because now my brand new home is damaged and my lot is stipped of trees i did not authorize to cut, they are saying they will not reduce cost because they are so over budget on set up because they are doing it twice.Do I have legal ability to make them compensate me for the shappy work, delay in my move in and butchering of my land? i will not close until I am satisfied with work, but I am a single Mom and they are really ganging up on me.
