Good homes in Pennsylvania

My husband and I want to build a manufactured home in Northeast Pennsylvania. Does anyone know anything about Modular Structures of Pa in Selinsgrove, Pa? Or Simplex in Scranton?
I've read in these forums that Pine Grove is good. Are there any other manufacturers you like?
Thank you.

Anner,
I have good first hand experience with Modular Structures, Simplex and Pine Grove.
I would expect that you be happy with any of the three. They all do an outstanding job.
These guys are all strickly modular builders, with good reputations!

Thanks for the information, Eugene. If you don't mind my asking, how do you know these three manufactureres? Are you in construction? A lender? Thanks! Anne

Eugene is right, I am also aware of these manufacturers. You won't go wrong with one of these.

Thank you, Nick.
We're also talking to Shorten Homes, who represent New Era, another manufacturer I've read good things about. Do you have knowledge or experience about either Shorten or New Era?
Thanks!
Anne
