The wind resistant on my Fleetwood Weston home is 15 psf uplift and 25 horizontal zone II. What does that translate into as to hurricane winds?

Hate to disagree rmurry, the numbers 15 uplift and 25 Hor. are wind zone 1. That there is mention of wind zone 2, is either a mistake or the home is older then 1994 when the wind loads changed. It might be the olkd hurricane zone.
We have calculated that homes designed and anchored for wind zone 1 will withstand the low end of an F-1 tornado, about 75 MPH winds.
