Selling a manufactured home in the park

I have a 2001 Patriot Double wide that is in a manufactured home park. I owe approx 64,000. How much of a loss will i TAKE IF sell my home in the park? Or will I do better moving my home to land/ I am willing to take a loss? Also I notice that my neighbors are buying a stick built home and then defaulting on their manufactured home loan. How is this possible?
