Please help!!!

Hi,

I had left a question on this post last week and have not got a response. I would appreciate any feedback anyone can give me please,

I am thinking about moving elsewhere but can't seem to do it because I owe more on my manufactured home loan versus what I can sell it for. What are my options in this situation? It's been tough for me because I feel I can't get out of it.

I'm from the bay area----san jose, california and the home is fairly new (a 2001 fleetwood single wide---14x47). The home is also located in a park in which I don't own the land.

Any comments are greatly appreciated. E mail me directly with any questions at [email protected]

Thanks, Will

chris

Like many of us you probably bought an overvalued home.
Mine was with greentree and then conceso now back to greentree.
Good look in selling for what you owe.
You may be able to sell on contract to take over payments, if someone is willing to pay what you are paying.
I was told that you might be able to bargain with the Mortgage Company and sell short.
You will need a firm buyer that will not back out.
I do not know if the difference will be placed on your credit report as a discharge debit.
I owe 60 + and have been told will bring 38. I feel your pain.
