We live in Florida. After our lease ran out ,our park owners came by in May and had my husband sign a month-month agreement. Two weeks later we found out ,after the fact, they had sold the park. We now have no lease agreement with the new owners. They set up new rules and regulations without notice, discontinued our lawn service and increased the monthly late fee. We use to have a small field across from our home, but they've covered it with dirt and now have a dumpster and shed sitting on it. Last week they did inspections. They said we had seven days to remove items off our porch which included our children's air hockey table and wagon. If they were not removed ,they would remove them and charge us $40. There are other changes as well ,but we won't get into all of them. We don't have a HOA as youcan tell. I don't know much about the laws in Florida.
Are they legally able to do any of this? If not, what should we do?

Re: Frustrated!
One thing the Internet has done is help you dealing with government...Florida is especially good at this..Here is an address of the agency dealing with manufactured home parks...they have online compliant forms..and offer info on the laws to park residents...They clearly list the responsibilities of the owner and the rights of the tenents...the whole law is listed for you to read...Go here...and check it out..
