Frustrated!

We live in Florida. After our lease ran out ,our park owners came by in May and had my husband sign a month-month agreement. Two weeks later we found out ,after the fact, they had sold the park. We now have no lease agreement with the new owners. They set up new rules and regulations without notice,discontinued our lawn service and increased the monthly late fee. We use to have a small field across from our home,but they've covered it with dirt and now have a dumpster and shed sitting on it. Last week they did inspections. They said we had seven days to remove items off our porch which included our children's air hockey table and wagon. There are other changes as well,but I won't get into them all.
