General brand mobile homes

Am considering buying a mobile home manufactured in 1999 by General. Anyone have any experiences/ advice about his brand of mobiles? Thanks.
A decent low end basic built home...General is a small manufacturer based in Waycross, GA..
Best feature are the 5/8ths inch plywood floors..most other low end homes in the SE have pressboard floors..
