The Gotham is a large triple section home...over 3000 sq feet...Palm Harbor offers the floor plan in many of its plants..each with different standard specs...In the SE you can buy one of the series for as low as $98,000.....The more equipped series of homes in the SE can be as high as $135,000...Features and basic construction differences make up the differences..
