Hi all, my husband and i are planning to move our MH as well from a MHP to our own land, we are not sure how the finance part of it works. We still owe on our home, so how do we start??

You will be looking for 2 kinds of loans...permanent long term loans and a construction loan (bridge loan) to pay for the process...You will need to find an originator at a broker or mortgage company who is very familiar with manufactured homes...I would suggest you talk to a few dealers in your area and ask for a referal...
