Brick or Stucco?

I'm building an upscale living, 5000sq ft quadraplex. I'm trying to cut costs were possible. I love the look of stucco, but I'm clueless about the cost per sq ft versus brick or siding or any other type exterior. Could someone with expertise please give me some estimates on what different exteriors might cost me per sq ft?
