Help: I need financing for a single wid mobile home

I want to purchase a 1976 single wide with an expansion and attached enclosed patio. on a permanant foundation. It would be a second home. I need a loan we have excellent credit WHERE are the loans???

Two years ago we did exactly the same thing, with the exception of the home being a 1984 model. Well Fargo Home Mortgage financed us. Good luck!

pre HUD finance is very hard to get....check with, local banks..with good credit you should be able to find someone..

Also..I think 21 Century Mortgage does older homes on modest terms...You can find them in the Yellow pages here..of listed in the dealer list of lenders..

Good Luck..this will not be easy to do..but it is possible..
