Mobile Industries Lander. Does anyone have any info on this type of MH?

I am considering a 1974 Mobile Industries home, Lander model. The seller says it was custom made, top of the line, etc. etc. but he's the seller....
I can't find a thing on the internet about this type of home. I'd appreciate any information anyone might have. Thanks.

MHI..Mobile Home Industries was the biggest in the country at that time..they did not make it through the hard times in the middle 70's...As a matter of fact...Clayton went from a small dealer to very large when he bought MHI from the bankruptcy court..

That said..MHI built many different products in its various plants...rember this is a 30 year old home..it must have been pretty good to stand the test of time...Inspect the home carefully..compare the price with others in the area...If you still are considering the home..
