we own an 1988 nashua home here in hagerstown ,md......we bought it used .and it is a very well built trailer ..it is 14x70 and has a room extensoin out onr side making the living room huge ....last winter we had a snowstorm and had 22 inches of snow on the roof ..no damage ...these homes are the last of the real well built trailer homes ..lots of good wood and steel construction ..no problems here .id buy another for sure ...g.culy
