I am considering purchasing this home. Is this a reputable company. I want a good quality home. thanks mc

Champion is the largest manufactured home builder in the U.S. They own a number of different manufacturers with Redman being one of them. Redman (in Texas anyway) is a mid level home while Champion of Texas is the higher end. Champion does an 8 ft sidewall and Hardi Siding while Redman does 7.5 ft and Smartpanel siding. I would defenitely stay away from the Smartpanel if at all possible unless you love to paint. You can option Hardi in on a Redman if you are stuck on a Redman floorplan. I would suggest a Champion as they pretty much build the same floorplans as Redman does and you would probably save some money as their option prices can sometimes be a little higher. Hope this helps.
