Any Happy Oakwood Owners? Quality home in VA?

Is there anyone out there who doesnt have a complaint about Oakwood? Any happy owners? What good quality manufactured homes are there in Virginia?

We purchased a Golden West MH in April. They are owned by the Oakwood Corp. So far we are very happy with our home. There have been a few minor things that they have had to come out and readjust/fix. Each time we have contacted our dealer, they have contacted Oakwood who had been right out. The service has been 100%. Our satisfaction is their goal and they never make us feel like we are putting them out.

I am happy with my home. I bought a Golden West home from them too and everytime the Oakwood people have come to my home they comment on how nice it is. My only complaint is the last time they came (interior needed to be painted) and they ran over our poor little tree and spilled paint on my loveseat. The home is a Texas Elite and you can find pics of it on the net.

They have new leadership and a new direction, not perfect yet and there are still some sales people and managers in the field that are jerks but their days are numbered.
