Which is a better quality home for the money?

I am too looking into modular homes and westchester came up.Westchester modular homes are great quality.They are known as a very good custom modular home builder.The local dealer told me they are like the "farrari" of modular homes very good quality. I am not in the delivery area of Epoch but on their website they look really nice.Looks like really good quality and very nice designs. i would weigh the price advantages of each.I would think westchster is more expensive but who knows.
