Town and Country MH

Post by mcoop » Tue May 18, 2004 10:04 am

I am in the process of purchasing a new home and found a Town and Country "Full House" 28x76 in TX, it will be moved to Ok (aprox 55 miles) on private property. It appears to be quality built. Would like to know if anyone has had any experience with them.
Thanks

Town and Country is a Cavalier Brand...You might try searching these boards for Cavalier and see what posts have been posted in the past..

Are you referring to the "Power House" versus the "Full House?" The Town and Country is a mid level home that comes with a lot of amenities like Thermo pane windows, Oak Cabs, Cove molding, etc.... One bit of advice, find out what type of subfloor is used and make sure the Floorjoists are on 16's. If it has OSB or plywood floor decking and joists are on 16's then you will be buying a great home. Good luck!!
