I am the developer for a manufactured home park in Caldwell, website
http://www.jmhomesllc.com and am having extreeme dificulty finding lenders
who want to do 90/10 financing on these properties. They
are excellent quality 2x6 construction, 3 bdrm 2 bath with 2 car garages, super good cents homes with vinyl siding and windows.
Can you supply me with a list of lenders in Idaho willing to loan on
Manufactued homes?

Nice looking homes...It is a little unclear though..

Here you callled this a park...which usually means rented sites...on the web site you called them a subdivision..which almost always means you are selling the land..your site spends a lot of time talking about individual models..but nothing about the subdivision..size of lots..location..schools..on and on..

If it is a subdivsion..there should be no trouble financing with a mortgage..

All of the following have 5% down 30 year mortgages conventional and offer FHA which requires 3% down..

Here is a lender I have been using..They are partually owned by a large manufactured home builder and are very good with manufactured homes..

A very large national lender in the industry is Wells Fargo...They can serve you from any office..

GMAC has a down program...
