Palm Harbor Manf. Problems (Pipes)

To All Fellow Palm Harbor Owners:
Does anyone have any ideas for the odors that eminate from the plastic pipes, mainly under the sinks, in the bathrooms?
Our home is a little over 4yrs. old, and my husband vented the pipes when he realized that they had not been vented; however we STILL have MAJOR PROBLEM, with DISGUSTING ODORS, that are continually eminating from the pipes.
I can't help but think that the septic smelling odors, may be hazardous to one's health. Sometimes the are almost unbearable. I've tried lighting candles, and used potpourri, but this obviously does not solved the problem, just masks it.
It is possible that we are having a dual problem as the water from our well also contains a very sulfuric odor.
Does anyone who owns one of these have any ideas, or can they offer anything that they have done with their's to change this problem, or is this a problem unique to our family only? I can't imagine?
Thanks in advance for ANY replies,
Mama Bear
