Does anyone have a good lender to suggest for So. California? We own acreage and want to finance the home, site prep, and an out building. We have excellent credit and no debts. Thanks

I am in so Cal too (Los Angeles area). Good luck, I will read this thread and see what answers you get. I am planning to buy a vacation manu home....but some day I would turn around and sell it, and most likely the new buyer will need to finance.....did you try the internet?
