The Manufactured Housing Forums

I am looking to buy in the Oakland County area of Michigan.I would like to know the rent lot, rules and regulations of the community center where the Mufact. home is located. Must be a 3 bedrm, 2 bath. What the lot rent includes if anything. I'm a first time buyer of a "manufactured home" any information will help me to dicide where to buy.
