Hi, I was hoping to to find out some information on purchaing a manufacutred home. We are considering going with a Bellcrest, which I know nothing about. I havhad only experainces with Fleetwood and have been satisfied with them. i was told that Fleetwood and Bellcrest are about the same. Can someone please help? Thanks

I have been reading your posts, and I am wondering exactly what your credentials are to be giving out advice. You appear to be very opinionated about some manufacturers' homes, and I am wondering what background/experience you have to back up these statements?

I have only given an oppinion on one manufacturer, and admittedly it was wrong of me to do that. I usually try to keep my comments benign and matter of fact. As far as my credentials, I do still work in this industry and you will forgive me if I am vague. I was an installer for 10 years, worked for a state administrative agency, and traveled on the quality audit teams for NCSBCS (National Conference of States on Building Codes and Standards) as a field engineer. Actually I traveled for HBT (Housing and Building Technology) which is a contractor for NCSBCS and HUD, but you get the idea.
