selling the mobile half

Here is the problem, 2001 36x80 on 5.34 acre, want to sell and get a site built,bought land home package, from CONSECO, now that they are Green Tree , they say they dont re-finance, I just want to sell the mobil, and actually, as a joke a friend told a friend about the house, and they want to buy it,, but I cant split it up, please help, I really dont want to roll it into another loan on a site built unless that is all I can do.

This is all you can do....Selling the home independent of the land will cost you tens of thousands of your equity..It is not the smartest thing you could do..The best approach would be to sell the whole package and buy new land to build on..

Would you sell a brick home on this land to be moved...you would never think about it..You have a home..it will financially treat you like a home..if you treat it like a home..
