The Manufactured Housing Forums

Hello to all,

1st time here and would like some info. Been looking for manufactured home for several months. Happened upon Golden West or Golden Pacific (not sure which they prefer to go by) and was wondering if I could get some comments on their product, good or bad.

Was one of the best in the WESt...but Okwood bought them about 8 years ago and changed somethings..They will soon become part of the Clayton family of homes...This will be good for the company..Clayton has been centered in the SE and probably will allow the Golden West management to thrive in the Western market...
