Can you get financed with less than a 620 FICO Score,I am abourt at 600

Depends on what is dragging your score down...
Some lenders are only score driven..but others do not look at score at all..

The FHA has NO score requirement..But you can have NO 30 days late notices in the last 12 months...There are a few comventional programs that will take a few 30 day lates in the last couple of years..

You should find a good mortgage broker in your area and ask them to check your credit and give you advise..

With a lower score, they would probably like to see a decent down payment.
