Odor Coming From Under Mfg'd. Home

We have a 4-yr. old doublewide on our own land. The house is on a concrete pad over gravel. The skirting is cinder block, with windows for ventilation. We added an enclosed porch to the front which is on piers in dirt and has lattice skirting.
For the past couple weeks we have had a strong odor on the porch and in the house of musty, earthy, dirt (the only way I can describe it). We have inspected all plumbing, inside and underneath for leaks, as well as the roof, and found nothing. The rodent barrier is in good shape. We found no wet insulation anywhere. The pad is practically dry.
We have sprayed foam everywhere in the house where there was a hole that lead to under the house and this has helped somewhat; however, the smell has gotten into the heating system, and we can, also, still smell it on the porch.
We know the smell is coming from under the house, as it is very strong under there. We have aired it out by opening the hatch and windows in the skirting, but it did not help. The smell persists. Does anyone have any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.
